Engineered for Reliability. Trusted for Precision.
A reliability and inspection partner built around technical depth, field experience, and uncompromising execution.
The inspection industry is not short of providers. What distinguishes Vertix is not the range of services we offer—though that range is comprehensive—but the depth of expertise behind every service we deliver and the integration between disciplines that transforms individual inspection activities into a coherent, high-value integrity programme.
Technical depth, not just certification
Our people hold the certifications the industry requires—API 510, 570, and 653; National Board commissioning; NACE CIP Level 2 and 3; PCN, CSWIP, and ASNT NDT qualifications; IRATA rope access certification; AWS CWI and CSWIP welding inspection—but qualifications are a starting point, not a differentiator. What sets our team apart is the practical, technically grounded expertise built across years of field experience in the sectors and conditions where our clients operate. Our inspectors and engineers understand not only the code requirements but the engineering principles behind them, and that understanding is what produces inspection findings that are correctly identified, correctly characterised, and correctly evaluated.
Integrated delivery
An inspection finding that stops at a defect description has limited value. Vertix’s integrated service model means that when our inspectors identify a potential integrity concern, we have the in-house engineering capability to immediately assess its significance—through fitness-for-service evaluation, damage mechanism analysis, or risk-based assessment—and provide a clear, technically defensible recommendation for the appropriate course of action. This integration reduces the time, cost, and complexity of engaging multiple separate service providers, and ensures that the response to every finding is consistent, technically coherent, and appropriate.
Audit-ready documentation
Every Vertix inspection programme produces documentation that satisfies the requirements of regulatory authorities, insurance underwriters, and internal governance processes. Our inspection reports are structured to provide not just findings but the engineering context, acceptance criteria references, and follow-up recommendations that allow asset owners to act with confidence. Where findings require regulatory notification or insurance involvement, Vertix supports clients through those processes with the same rigour applied to the technical inspection itself.
Proven across continents
Vertix has successfully delivered projects across three continents, navigating diverse regulatory environments, challenging operational conditions, and demanding client schedules. Our track record spans routine inspection programmes for large integrated operators, rapid-response assessments for unplanned integrity events, turnaround support for complex refinery and chemical plant shutdowns, and standalone engineering assignments for clients commissioning FFS or RBI programmes for the first time. Whatever the scale or complexity of the requirement, we bring the same level of preparation, expertise, and professional rigour to every project.
