Construction and infrastructure projects — plant builds, modular fabrication, bridges, towers, and structural assets — depend on the quality of welded structures, structural steel, and protective coating systems for safe, durable performance. Vertix provides independent third-party welding inspection, structural NDE, and coating oversight performed to ISO and ASME standards, with full alignment to the Canadian welding regime (CSA W59, W47.1 fabricator certification, W178.1 inspection-organisation certification, and W178.2 / CWB inspector certification) and to the AWS bridge and reinforcing-steel framework where the project specification requires it.

Capabilities deployed:

• Welding inspection to ASME IX, AWS D1.1 / D1.5 / D18.1, and CSA W59 / W186 by AWS CWI, CWB (CSA W178.2), CSWIP, and PCN inspectors
• Recognition and verification of CSA W47.1–certified fabricators and CSA W178.1–certified inspection organisations
• Structural NDE to ISO and ASME standards — UT, PAUT, MT, PT, and RT on critical joints
• NACE/AMPP coating inspection across the full application lifecycle
• IRATA rope access for inspection at height and in confined access
